MDS Fabrication Barra Intake Manifold

Description:

  • MDSFAB V3 slim series has been designed with simplicity of installation and function in mind as an all Australian manufactured intake manifold!
  • Welded map block on the underside of the chamber with 3x vac port ( 2x vac various 1x brake booster)
  • This plenum features a factory adaption CNC machined throttle plate that both suits BA/BF FG throttle plate 
  • Billet internal chamber backing plate with machined trumpeting internally
  • Formed 3mm aluminium slimline chamber top to allow fitment of this intake into various engine bays
  • Injector rail mount to suit FG falcon fuel rail kits ( mounts directly reflect factory mounting position)
  • Billet head plate CNC machined from 6061 aluminium 
  • injector port size suit 14mm o ring injector
  • The intake manifold comes with stainless bolts for throttle plate, injector mounts and map sensor mount bolt.
  • Additional changes can be made to the plenum however they will incur additional charges.
  • Slight modifications may be required for installation (varies depending on vehicle) 
  • SFI burst plate assembly is recommended for engine protection to both the cylinder head and intake/intercooler system for applications over 1000 hp or 30psi+ 

Please choose from the drop-down menus if you require an SFI Burst plate and what colour/finish you would like. Note - The polished option is only the plenum chamber, the runners will be raw.
